Delaware Court Motel

Don't listen to the bad reviews. This place was wonderful! Somewhat comfy bed, friendly staff, fair price, and clean room! Cool little river across the street too. I would definitely return if in the area again!

We just spent the weekend at the Delaware Court while skiing at Belleayre. It is fairly close to the mountain and the room was warm and clean. Yes, it is VERY dated (think old 60's &70's decor w mismatched plates, utensils and decor). The bare bulb look in the kitchen didn't help. We had one of the efficiency rooms that came w double beds and a kitchen. We were planning on cooking and asked if the kitchen had plates, utensils, pots etc. and we were told yes. Upon arrival though, we were a bit disappointed. The refrigerator as a whole turned into a freezer and all the eggs and fresh produce I had froze!! The utensils were limited, and the skillet was not the best. Bring your own utensils and skillet if you want to cook. The microwave works, but the display does not. Though we wer

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Some key advantages are that they have very easy check in and don’t require lots of documents like some major chains. I did check and the owner has all registrations and licenses in order. ||||They are very well located right off Route 28 and one can walk through the entire town of Fleischmanns. The town itself has seen better days but there is a small market where you can get essentials and single serve coffee, post office, bank and an exceptional pizza/bar/restaurant called Goatie Whites which easily compares to a mid scale City restaurant that the whole family enjoyed. There is also a Mexican restaurant call La Cabanas. ||||Worth mentioning is that although in the past the town was a haven for Hassidic Jews, this is no longer strictly true. There

I absolutely love this place. I come here every time I visit upstate. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is so refreshing and nice. The beds were comfortable, i completely recommend staying here. Don’t listen to Nancy. E’s response.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this place. We reserved a cabin for the weekend because we decided last minute to go snowboarding at Belleayre and everywhere else was 100% booked. We were looking forward to a peaceful weekend away, but what we got when we walked through the run down "cabin" doors was the absolute opposite. It looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website. It felt like I was in a house from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. There was a very strange smell that I could not get over, a grimy futon was the couch, two dingy chairs in the living room that you couldn't pay me to sit on and the kitchen was just awful. The stove was covered with foil and the whole area was just gross looking. When we went to the desk to ask for a refund the lady was taken aback and very snotty
