Deerhaven Campground

We stayed at this campground for three months in 2025 and cannot say enough good things about the owners, Mike and Karen. They were friendly, helpful, and truly made the experience exceptional. We had a drive-thru spot with full services, and everything worked perfectly. The water was excellent—safe to drink straight from the tap—and we never had any issues with power. The entire campground felt secure, and the seasonal and repeat campers were incredibly welcoming, creating a great sense of community. Also dog-friendly! If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained, and hospitable place to stay, this campground is highly recommended!

Had a great trip, nice campground. The sites are really spacious. Not like others that pack you in like sardines. Nice playground and pond for the kinds. Firewood delivery , WiFi, Cable, and camp store with all the basics. Everyone was Super helpful.

You guys!! Hands down one of the best campsites we have been at. Service was spectacular every way around. Check in was super smooth, grounds are wonderful. Sites are spacious with easy hookups, grounds have a nice pond (that we found out was around 16 ft deep in the middle, great for swimming). Nice walk around everything, just a great place. Hoping for some season spots to open up to look at. Absolutely check this place out.

This is our second season staying at Deerhaven and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The check-in process was smooth; Mike and Shirley truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our sites were clean, level, and spacious w/full hook ups and plenty of room for our slide outs and awning. It's by far the largest sites we've stayed at. What really set this this campground apart was the environment. It's quiet and peaceful with a cute swimming pond and inflatables. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay, Deerhaven delivers comfort, convenience, and a great sense of community. We’d absolutely come back if we're ever around these neck of the woods again.

Nice campground with large sites. Friendly staff. I'd give it 5 stars if the shower had better controls and water was warmer ( let it run 5 minutes and it was stl too cold).
