Deaver's Motel

Very simple motel, but I had a great stay. The room was clean everything worked and my only complaint would be the marijuana smell in the middle of the night creeping about.

A run down motel from the 50-60s. But everything worked and it was very Clean. For the price it was fine! I am adding this to original review because the owners apologized for my uncomfortable stay. My stay was not uncomfortable! Just a honest opinion so those who expect the Ritz know what to expect Expect a clean comfortable room. Upgrades are needed but does not Effect the stay. It was nice to get a room off the beaten path. We would stay there again. Ron and Karen .

Excellent service and excellent people. My brother and I stayed for 1 month and always kept clean and behaved very well.

My husband and I have been at this hotel since October. These people are the best. Never have a problem here. The rooms are good sized, clean. They are some of the most helpful, caring people. We will never stay anywhere else in this area. It is well worth your drive from the surrounding cities to go the extra mile and stay here. These people are honest, hard working people that go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We consider them friends and will not lose touch with them. Came as stranger's, but leaving as friends. We will truly miss these folks. Come stay with them if you are near Grove hill. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent motel, very affordable with friendly owners. For $20 a load, your laundry will be done for you, delivered to the room folded. AC in the rooms blows cold and the heat blows hot. Hot water works well. Clean rooms. I stayed at this place for 5 weeks straight and the service was always excellent and consistent. Room cleaned every 2 days. Zero bugs. Accommodating staff. Will be back again.
