Daytona RV Park

We camped in a motorhome. I reserved this site 7 months in advance. It was race week, daytona 500, 2026. The website offered pull-through sites, which I picked. When we arrived, our site was a "pull-in" coupled w/ the added aggravation of running all power/water/waste UNDER & to the electric pedastal and water spigot, requiring us to go buy extensions for everything!! YES!! They wired it so 4, YES FOUR rigs can hook to the same pedestal at the same time. The water spigot was constructed to accommodate 4 hoses......the stinky slinky was stretched out. The water/electrical were opposite the waste. I went into the office to change our site and they got a little testy with me. I told them we are pulling thru and hooking up from the correct side. Disclaimer - most of the problem is my fault. However, want others not to make same mistake. Called this park several times and no answer. Made online reservation and then called again. Requested pull-thru site (for overnighter) and was told we had one. Paid invoice online. Called again to be sure on the pull through and was told no guarantee. "We are slammed and the site could be needed by the time you get here". Discussed with husband and decided to cancel. Called to cancel within 48 hours and was told no refund. The associate said she would ask the owner and get back in touch. There was no return call - I called again and got no answer -left message. Still no call and no call as of right now. We’ve been staying at Daytona RV Park off and on the visit family in the area. It’s a no frills campground, but large lots for big rigs, full hook up with 50 amp, reasonable price for the area. Great snow bird winter escape with reasonable 6 month rates. Gets busy for bike week so book early.

Wonderful quiet place to call home or just to stop by. Large lots laundry and bathroom/showers are available and clean Daytona Rv Park is a hidden jem. But don’t take my opinion come check it out for yourself at Daytona Rv Park

The campground was ok. Nothing fancy but it worked. Nice location. But after I checked in they decided to just lock us out of the bath house. I had to go get a new site at a different RV park. No refunds so I lost my $350-400 that I paid for the site plus had to pay for a second site. Plus while dealing with the mess I had to miss several hours of a music festival I had paid for. I had stayed here last year for this festival and everything was fine. So yeah, ripped off by this place.
