Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seaford

No maid service for almost a week had to ask for towels after they did come in and take the dirty ones. That was the only thing they did. I really like the area and the room, but it could’ve had better service and better communication. Please do not go and complain about anything cause if you do they tell you, you can’t come to their hotel anymore. Even after I talked to the manager and explained to her didn’t seem the matter to her at all.

My stay at Days Inn & Suites was very disappointing. The hallways constantly smelled like cigarettes and weed and there were roaches in the halls along with bed bugs in the beds and sheets. It was uncomfortable and unsanitary. The owners were rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for guests. To make things worse, the cleaning staff would openly talk about guests, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The one positive part of my stay was the manager, Sarah. She was very helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit. She went out of her way to make things easier despite the circumstances. She's the only reason this review gets one star instead of zero

Booked online was simple and quick. Nice room very clean. Front desk and cleaning lady were very friendly when checking in. Will definitely come again!

Positive: I liked the clerk that checked us in. We had a problem with our original room and she gave us a nicer room. We are so grateful to her. She was so pleasant and funny to talk to. Because of this is our new hotel to book when we travel to Maryland. Negative: It would have been convenient to have more handicap parking spots out front

Our stay was great all the staff were very accommodating and pleasent. Only had one issue with finding a buggy. But it was handled with grace, sympathy and class. I didn't expect the level of care I recieved from past experiences. It was absolutely refreshing dealing with staff that had common sense. If there was anything that was needed all we had to do was ask with no issues. And because the 1bug I found I was refunded 50% of my 3day stay without even asking. Long story short the staff manager and cleaning crew willing/ and did go above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend to others.
