Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Caldwell

I put solo but my poodle, Miss Teddi, was a guest too. Very clean hotel. The staff is amazing! Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. The room was clean from the bed to the bathroom. Comfortable king size bed with 5 pillows. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of my best experiences!!!

Stopped for the night. This hotel is not directly off of interstate. Entered the hotel and waited for some time for the front desk clerk. The front desk clerk came from the side area wearing a one piece romper and had two piercings one on each cheek. She checked me in and gave me the room key. I went to the room before taking my luggage in. Upon entering I noticed black stains on the blackouts which appeared to be mold. There were also unidentified stains on both the mattress and box spring. When I told the desk clerk she stated that something must have been spilled on the bed.

Customer service is great here, like it was years ago & should be always! Jen Morland at front desk was warm, helpful, genuine, and exceptional. Jen went above & beyond to help us out! Kyla, breakfast host, was also helpful & friendly. They both worked hard, but made it look smooth. Great employees!

Very nice staff. Awesome breakfast buffet. Very clean rooms. Outshines many hotels that are more expensive. Comfortable beds.

People working there I spoke with were very personable. Room was very clean but temp was too cold, even after adjusting the thermostat. Loved the Dove soap bar.
