Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brewton

They deceive you into thinking the hotel is smoke free, the room was nasty, electrical cords on wet floors in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the beds, nasty disgusting pillows. We didn't stay but they still took our money, stole $85 from us, place is nasty and unsafe, should be shut down.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. At check-in, they had no way to verify that I had paid through the Wyndham app already so the front desk attendant proceeded to make a photocopy of my ID AND debit card and also wrote down my credit card information on a piece of paper with my reservation info. Hugely uncool. This ended up not even being necessary as a second employee called Wyndham to confirm it and so they didn't need it. As far as the room, the hotel is under renovation and transitioning to being a Days Inn franchise so the rooms having an unfinished quality to them is understandable to a point. With that said this room was still garbage. Air conditioning barely worked, one usable outlet in entire room, lots of stains on furniture, mildew/mold in bathroom, and the beds had a

I had made a reservation for 2 rooms with double beds months before my date of arrival. the day of I called to make sure we still had rooms. Good thing I did, the lady at the front desk had given my room away and had given me a room with a single bed because construction workers that had been there "needed" the room. I said well that is unacceptable I need 2 beds in each room. She proceeded to get very rude with me and said I could call on Monday (which I was leaving town on Sunday) and discuss with her. Actaully a blessing in disguise because after reading the reviews glad we didn't stay there. We ended up at the Muskogee Inn in Atmore. Wonderful experience. Nice clean rooms and EXCELLENT customer service.

Not a Wyndham property in any positive way. Holes on the walls, very low water pressure-not enough for a shower, little lighting, 1 washcloth, no hand towels, mo coffee in the toom or in the non-existent lobby. No internet or continental breakfast. No blankets or extra pillows and only a stained sheet a light cover with burn holes. We were in the area for a funeral or we would not have stayed. Although I booked using Wydham Reward Points, I was charged $94 and told.by the manager that "Wyndham says we get paid by you and you call Wydham for a refund."

This is worse than a Third World country experience. I was traveling and decided to book this place without reading reviews. This was my first mistake. Upon arrival I waited over 15 minutes for someone and no one showed up, there was no one to check me in. I left and called corporate and they stated that I had to ask for a refund at the location. I connected with an attendant later that evening over the phone and they ended up hanging up on me after telling me that corporate was the only one who could refund money. The place was absolutely disgusting and I’m glad I I did not stay there that evening. I’m attaching some pictures to show the garbage that was left at the front desk. If you value safety your health and your hard money do not stay here.
