Days Inn by Wyndham Yadkinville

When we arrived at this hotel in the afternoon, we thought it was closed! The was one car in the main carpark and it looked like it was dumped there. The hotel is being renovated (something we were not told of) and it was generally dirty with building materials in the hallway, the vending machines and laundry machines were out of Order. The hotel room was old and worn and some furniture was damaged. The bathroom had mould, the floor around the toilet was wet and the shower head was quite poor. The breakfast food items were disappointing, we actually didn't bother to have the hotels breakfast, we went down the road to Starbucks. The lady on reception when we checked in was friendly.

I am posting this for a second time since it was deleted. If I could give zero stars I would! This hotel is terrible. Most of the amenities they say they offer on their booking page are not available. I asked at check in the time breakfast is served. I was told 6 AM. I came to breakfast at 6:30 and still no employees or breakfast to be seen. Just a sign that says they went to the bathroom for hours on end. I rang the bell for service as they claim to have 24hr front desk service as well. Several times through the night I had issues and received no service. I will be requesting a refund as soon as someone actually comes to work. Another customer was also waiting for awhile before they eventually left very angry. They told me good luck getting a refund since the manager has been very hateful

Positive: Nice staff Negative: Pool was open and went to get in,it is DISGUSTING. and when we got to room our fridge didn’t work. thankfully staff replaced the one,but when we woke up next morning that one had stopped too.

No hot water the room heater sounded like it was ready to fall. Apart snowed a week ago they, never bother too clean sidewalks or parking lot very budget hotel at not a budget price book room for 2 nights checked out after the first night. Will not stay here again pictures are of handicap spot

Worst hotel visit I've ever had. And I travel a lot. The TV only worked intermittently. There were little baby cockroaches in the bottom of mini fridge, which froze everything within 2 hours and ruined all the fresh snacks I had for the kid. Everything was out of order. Weird rust colored solvent in sink (really hope it wasn't meth). Half of the lock was missing. The pool made my son cry. Gross stains on walls all around bed. The one functional light in bathroom was motion sensor but cuts off if you're in the shower leaving you in darkness. Shower head sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor. And the "free breakfast" was a joke. Lids don't fit cups, the juice machine was spitting out warm apple/OJ that smelled off, the cereal was VERY stale froot loops, the bagels had fruit flies buzzing a
