Room 113 has bed bugs I have never been so upset after reporting the matter to front desk just brushed off like I was lying only stayed one night. Bites on my face, hands, arm and back. I will never stay there again.

Sought last minute accommodations in Wilson NC while traveling South to Florida. After trying several other establishments in the area this Days Inn had availability. The night clerk was very helpful and accommodating. The Hotel appeared to be an older establishment. | The Hotel Room was not as nice as others I have stayed in. There was paint peeling in the area of the Bathroom and stains on the Bathroom door. Couldn't Tell if the Tub was painted, stained, or just needed re-glazing. No exhaust fan.| The beds were comfortable but any movement on the beds made a metallic popping noise... There was not enough power outlets to plugin Phone chargers, Medical Devices near the Bed. The room was equipped w/ Mini frig, Microwave and large Flat Sceen TV.| There was Breakfast available with few choi

Positive: Nothing Negative: Keys didn’t work. Room smelled of smoke. Drove 9 hours with family and was exhausted. Did not have a restful night sleep. Room dirty. Checking in took an hour with the key mishaps. Room changed 3 times because of keys not working and room being dirty.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed here back in August. Yep back in August. Life happened. I got side tracked but said one day when I get a moment I would share my truth. TERRIBLE. Imagine a 16 hour ride home from vacation with 2 kids including a toddler and an aging parent. Meaning I was the only driver. All I wanted was a good nights sleep so I could drive the remaining 8 hours back home. We finally make it to this horrific place. Checked in. We unloaded all of our things just to find that the room was filthy. 2 out of the 3 lamps didn’t work. And it smelled of smoke. Just great for the kiddos, right? Went back to the receptionist desk. Was given a key to another room. Lugged all our things to the next room and the key doesn’t work again! Back to reception I go to get another

They didn’t have rooms ready by check in, despite me coming in early to check in and they knowing I had arrived by 1:30 and was willing to wait. They had to “upgrade” my room. Check in is at 3pm, I didn’t get into my room until 4. They had the lady quick clean rooms while 5 people waited in the lobby. There were non-stop gnats everywhere coming from the drain. The water flow in the shower and sink would pile up and the door didn’t close all the way to the room. The ceiling in the shower was coming down and the curtains were falling apart
