The first I spent at the hotel was fine but I had notice water on the floor in the bathroom. I thought nothing of it since I was going to be gone 90% of the days I was spending in town. Come back to my room at 11pm and went to the bathroom only to see more water looking on the floor and brown water coming up through the shower. I asked if it was possible for a refund of some kind since it seems pretty ridiculous to not be able to use the bathroom. Was told no and offered a different room. The new room had the toilet flushing for a good five minutes, the screen was ripped open on the window and it smelled heavily like smoke. I had decided that I would just drive home and checked out. ⭐️ 1/5|This place was absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable — we even found dirty socks from a previous guest under the sink. The bathroom floor was covered in someone else’s hair, the bathtub drain was backed up, and the sink didn’t work properly. On top of that, the refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold. For the amount we paid, I’m shocked at the poor condition of this place. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

We had a really nice stay at the Days Inn in Buffalo! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and it was such a relief to find a good place for our last-minute two-night stay. The only small issue was that our room had a faint smoke smell, though my in-laws’ room next door was perfectly fine. Other than that, everything was great — friendly staff, clean rooms, and a pleasant experience overall. We’d happily stay here again!

Positive: "" Negative: First room wasn?t clean. Bed unmade and garbage on the desk. 2nd room clean but smelled like smoke even though we requested nonsmoking room. Queen beds advertised but were only double beds.

We drove about 12 hours to get here and around 10am asked if we can do a early check in and they said come back at 12pm and it will be an extra $25 so as we come back at 12pm a person in front of us as if they still had rooms available to which the front desk said yes and after tax it’s $170 and she gave him his key for the room at that time. What upset me is I paid already $170 to reserve the room and now to check in early I was being charged $25 extra meanwhile the person in front wasn’t charged the extra $25 and was handed his key at 12pm and we didn’t receive the same treatment for who knows what reason. Also the room was very dirty and the sheets had stains in them and just absolutely not worth $195 at all.
