Days Inn by Wyndham Rocklin/Sacramento

It was a disappointment. I thought a Wyndham facility would be nicer. It was 4 walls, the room was clean, it was quiet, it had free wifi, and there was free parking. It was advised as free breakfast. When I arrived, the attendant gave the key card, with a note regarding free "pastry". It was regular (not fancy) donuts and one small table, so a donut was brought back to your room on a paper plate.

Love it!!! Clean, fresh, new look for a hotel!! Light and airy like a cabana type hotel. Big tv screen! Comfy bed! A/C worked like a charm. Like the floors without nasty rugs!!||Walk in shower!! This is a look we need more of! A modern feel that so few less expensive hotels don't provide. No dark woods and silly pictures on the walls. Not sure what everyone is complaining about. l've been to plenty of hotels not worth writing about. This one I'll be back!

I booked and PREPAID for 2 nights through Priceline. I had some travel issues and did not check in the first night so reservation was canceled, I did not contact them because I had already paid in full nonrefundable. When I arrived day 2 the attendant Brian Diaz was of no help at all, he stated there was a room available or but I would have to pay again for it, I asked to talk to management which he stated was not available. I contacted Priceline who gave me info to show Brian, he still said I had to repay. He must have text the manager because the manager eventually called back and told him to give me the room as it was already paid for! Young Brian with the disgustingly long dirty fingernails scrolling through MY phone should not be in customer service! We stayed about 8 hours to sleep/s

Positive: The breakfast room was spacious but I did not see the set up nor eat. The juice machine was broken and the coffee was old Negative: The room was dirty, had dog paw.prints on the bathroom door but no pets allowed. The vending machine and ice machine smelled like mold, the handicap parking didn't have access to sidewalk to the room. The pool and spa were out of order on a 100° day

Awful experience. TV had zero volume so was unable to watch. Called front desk three times to no answer. Called the next day to complain and front desk guy was not apologetic at all and told me the owner was out of town and would call me at some point. Never go there. Spend $20 more and get a decent place. Plus the walls are paper thin.
