Days Inn by Wyndham Ritzville

My wife and I and our pets stayed here for the night. We absolutely loved it. Rooms were clean and spacious, service was okay. When we woke up we went out to check out the breakfast and we met Liz. She was running the front desk and making the breakfast. She was so kind and carried on a conversation with us. She is absolutely amazing.

Room looked fine on first glance but the tops of pictures doorways windows etc all had a thick layer of dust. A/C filter was dirty, floors were sticky from too much cleaner. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. See pictures. Bed was comfy. Front desk Coty was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping needs higher standards. Automatic air fresheners assault you in the vestibule and hallways although lobby wasnt too bad. A wet towel under the door to block the scent and cover the light gap did the trick

Great place to stay between Spokane - Seattle or Tri Cities. Comfortable rooms, reasonable rate, pet friendly. Rooms were clean, the entire Hotel was clean. Well lit parking. Friendly Staff.

I only bumped the amenities because when I checked in, I asked about breakfast and the guy that checked me in (super nice by the way) told me how amazing breakfast is there. “Best in the industry” he exclaimed. So I’m like sold. I’ll have exactly 15 minutes to eat and not be late to work. I woke up the next morning and was down there right at 6 (opening time) with my car already warming up. Nothing. Breakfast lady hadn’t showed up for her shift and the front desk lady was caught off guard. Poor thing. I feel bad for her. Hotel was great though.

All staff were very friendly and attentive. The place was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very good with a buffet of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, mixed vegetables, waffle la, and more.
