Days Inn by Wyndham Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

Service was good. I wanted my floor cleaned better. One quick talk with manager, left to get something to eat cane back room was amazing. Nothing in the world is perfect so to come back and room was even better. Everything in room worked. The price was great. I rebook and manager pretty much match what I had from priceline. Should be 3 stars

Room was clean, comfortable, in well-maintained condition & half the price of other hotels in this town. Breakfast was slightly less fancy than that at expensive hotels, but adequate, and better than those we've had at other budget hotels. Long walk to our room from front desk, but side entrance allowed a shortcut to the parking lot. WiFi allowed TV to access free streaming services (better than local cable TV). Housekeeping was slow, but staff was cooperative in providing clean towels and emptying the sole wastebasket. Bed mattresses were softer to sleep on (which we liked) than those in other hotels.

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk is always helpful and professional. Negative: One of the hotel staff walked into my room unannounced twice within an hour. She did not knock or announce herself just walked right in. later on same night there was a party 2 doors over from me which I had to report 3 times and took 4 hours to resolve.

I booked two rooms for a week for our crew working in Kenosha. They could not sleep because the rooms were so filthy. They checked out the next morning exhausted and I had to scramble to find a different hotel for them to stay in because they refused to stay there a second night. The management told me they were short staffed on housekeeping and had no problem with the photo I sent to them of the dirty bedding. They did not refund our money for the terrible night our crew had to stay at this dirty hotel. What a terrible experience.

No elevator in the building! This should be disclosed before booking. The itty bitty soaps provided are useless as well as the shampoo. Breakfast was less than ideal. They are knocking on doors BEFORE checkout time asking if you are checking out.. Ew.. Outdated building & rooms. Would not recommend
