Days Inn by Wyndham Oak Grove/Ft. Campbell

There was no staff on site our entire stay. We checked in via a remote agent on a video kiosk in the lobby. Although the check in was relatively straightforward, the person in front of us struggled getting checked in, thus we had to wait. Once checked in, the room was dark, but relatively clean. However when we woke we discovered the bed was disgusting! (See photo) we also realized the room had not one towel. I went to the office and, again, met with someone at the video kiosk. They assured me there were towels behind the kiosk. There were no towels anywhere! The kiosk agent informed me they would dispatch housekeeping to our room. I returned to our room and waited 15 minutes. I went back to the lobby to check status, the agent told me it would be 15-20 minutes more. We finally recei

Nice size room for the 2 queen. Clean. Quiet location and safe. Friendly attentive staff. Very accommodating whenever needed-even the kiosk employees are personal and will answer questions and willing to help with all requests. Great management and they take pride in the brand.

Positive: The bed sheets where clean that?s all that was nice.The floor felty nasty and gritty the carpet felt gross on my feet as if it needs to be ripped out and redone. The bathroom was so small and had this weird stale smell to it. Negative: The room smelled like mold and mildew the shower was nasty to the eyes the bathroom looked horrible to see and felt dirty the mini fridge was like cold and sticking inside the frame. The tv is a basic small size and the AC was NOT COLD ENOUGH BY ANY MEANS

Do not stay here!! This franchisee has installed a virtual front desk. My non smoking room smells like smoke. My room does not have a shower curtain!! A trucker is squatting in the parking lot, turning on his truck over and over at 9 PM! He's obviously doing this because he believes noone is here to stop him! When you call the "front desk" ie calling a foreign country, the call AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP in one minute! Do not give this hotel your money. Update: The squatting trucker's rig honked its horn twice every time the engine turned on, starting up every 30 to 40 minutes, all night and nothing was done after informing the "staff" on more than 5 calls to the front desk. This is why virtual front desk hotels are totally unacceptable.
