This was one of my worst experiences with a hotel. I booked a room for one night (01/15 - 01/16). I made a call to confirm that I will still have my room even though I will not check in at 3 pm. I confirmed with the the person who was working that it will be okay if I arrived no later than 11 pm. When I arrived it was roughly 8 pm to 9 pm. I was immediately told that I didn't have a reservation. I was asked to leave even though I had a confirmation email. I was also told in order to get my room I needed to be 25 and older. I left so that no problems will occur. I went and checked to make sure I was correct, which I was. Immediately I called. This place treats people with no respect, got to my room expecting microwave to be operational, NOT call office and was told we have no other rooms available. Take it I stay here quite often for my 34 hour break, there is always rooms available here! it's one of the things I like about this place. I bought my food and can't cook it now, was told to bring my food to them and they'd microwave it for me but it a 2 step process involving beef, They are vegetarian so I just don't trust them with my meal!! I asked if they could get me a working microwave from a empty room and was told flat out NO!! And if yu expect a pool like shown in the picture, we'll it's been closed ever since it got warm enough to swim I've stayed here many times and all winter the pool was uncovered and looked nice and cl

My husband left his wedding band on the bathroom counter. We called the same day and were told they found it but will not ship it. Obviously we are not from the area or we wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this nasty motel. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. As a decent human being that works with the public, I would have jumped over any obstacles necessary to get such an expensive and sentimental item back to its owner. I wish I could give this place negative stars—I’ve never been so angry with an establishment. Regardless of the hard feelings: Continental breakfast was sad. Granola bars, bagged bread, and sunny d. Positive: Had beds. Negative: Staff was awful. Had to call police to stay. No light in bathroom, no toilet paper, and floor was filthy. Staff needs more training on how to clean a room. Staff needs to be polite.

New flooring, sink and shower was updated as well. Front desk lady was very sweet and kind. Enjoyed her energy 👍🏻
