Booked a room for employees online. Called to get a cc form. I started and she says we don’t have any rooms available. I said I booked online. Well come then was her response. I was trying to explain what I needed. She said when you get here we can talk about it. I tried again to tell her I don’t travel I just set up details. She started screaming when you get here we can talk about it I have another guest. And hung up on me. Also, they want a cash deposit.

Possible black mold, Ceiling coming down in room, Low water pressure, housekeeping doesn't knock and just walks in., No refunds if you check out early, No breakfast like advertised, Only one person speaks English,. This is stress you don't need. Stay somewhere else.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We took the financial loss and went to another hotel. The rooms were dirty, walls dirty, bugs under the mattresses. We were traveling with our babies and just couldn’t stay in something like that. Unfortunately, no refund, but thankfully, we didn’t get bed bugs.

What a HORRIBLE experience! My flight had been delayed, so I did not get to the hotel until 1 o’clock in the morning. After arriving in an Uber, I was met by a gentleman who worked for the hotel and stated they had no rooms left. I showed him my confirmation number my pin number, and it didn’t make any difference. He stated they were having problems with four of their rooms, blah blah blah!If you are reading this, you need to seriously stay away from this hotel. I did wind up seeing the lobby the next day and it’s disgusting! I am surprised that Trip even allows this business to be on their site!
