Days Inn by Wyndham Madison NE/Windsor

This property is absolutely gross. The hotel smells of some kinda odor, the rooms are super out dated and nothing just feels clean at all. The pool and hot tub DOES not work hasn’t for some time. The guy working the front desk on 11/7 looks like he hasn’t showered in weeks! There was also another gentleman working up there, not in uniform, no manners at all. He had on a beanie and some kinda hoodie. I won’t ever be staying back at this location. They have broken down cars all along the property’s parking lot, people that will be outside that aren’t staying here charging their phones. Pretty sure it’s homeless people living in one of the cars that’s on the property. The property could definitely go for a complete remodel inside and outside!

Terrible experience. Got into the room, there were no towels, the garbage hadn't been emptied, on the dresser below the TV there were sesame seeds and also a 4" streak of lotion or Vaseline. At least the smoke detector was in a drawer where it belongs 🤔😡. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30. No one in sight at the front desk or eating area at 6:30. The location is right off I 90, but it's also in a flight pattern.

I was disappointed with this place. when I checked in I asked about the pool and hot tub, was told they have it. after wards we found the hot tub was down (for quite some time). Told the lady at the front desk, she was going to ask owners about a discount. room looked old, and the shower area had mold on walls, I told someone about it and to bleach walls. when we needed someone they all seemed to not be around. Breakfast was bad, juice was watered down, nothing was replenished and garbage was overflowing.

The location is excellent for my job. The pillows pretty much suck. They need to invest in new ones! The continental breakfast is lacking. Nothing hot but a toaster, waffle maker and coffee. They SOMETIMES have hard boiled eggs and danish.

This hotel was exactly what you expect for the price. I was completely satisfied with it, pool and work out area. A little lacking on cleanliness, but the important parts were good, bed, bathroom.
