Days Inn by Wyndham Lugoff

Awesome hotel , they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, one day I forgot to pay my room before work , I had been on a weekly rate and was due , they tried calling me but I was welding, so they charged my card for 1 day and they gave me the weekly rate broken down to a day , that was very cool , 99% of hotels would never do that for you , other hotels might charge you, but it would be a much higher rate , that kind gesture sold me on this hotel ! Rooms are comfortable, area is quiet and safe , and is right next door to a pilot truck stop that’s obviously open all night !

As usual it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and very clean and comfortable. For anyone traveling and riding though Elgin Day's Inn I would recommend.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything , when got there they needed a deposit never happened before and I done rented from this hotel 4 maybe 5 times

Stay away from this place. They charge u an extra 50 dollar retainer fee and say they will give it back to you in the morning. Then they find some lame reason to not give it back. I had to go to two rooms cause the heat did not work. They had no maintenance man on duty. The shower would only get lukewarm. I have been in worse places but the scam they have going to pocket an extra 50 dollars is incredibly wrong. It costs u 140 dollars for a third world motel room. It’s a scam. Update it’s now five days later and as expected the 50 dollar deposit never came back on my card. I called up there about getting it back and the girl that answered the phone said they never even sent it!!! Lol Basically which means they wanna steal your money. Room smelled weird, had water damage floor peeling up, room was not kept up. Their "continental breakfast" was absolutely appalling. Nothing but coffee and hot water and oj. Bagged Danish and waffles. Overall it was somewhere to sleep but I would never pick this hotel again.
