Days Inn by Wyndham Lisbon

This location is absolutely perfect for where I need to be for business. The staff is absolutely awesome! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They are constantly making this hotel better. They have tamed the cigarette smoke smell in the hotel, which is great! It’s still under remodel, so I can’t wait until I’m able to utilize the entire facility and amenities once everything is done. I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice friendly environment and great accommodations.

Positive: The mattress was comfortable Negative: The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. I would greet them and they did not respond. I thought that maybe the first time this happened, they were busy. NO it happened every time! No hospitality

Wonderful stay. I’ve been here before. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, especially since their renovations. Well worth getting the Wyndham Reward card as the reductions are good.|Highly recommended.

There wasn’t a coffee pot/packet of coffee in our room. The little bar of soap in the bathroom area was already opened and appeared to have been used already. The room temperature was cool, even when we turned up the heat to 72*, there was cool air coming out.

When chucking in they informed me that the room I booked 2 bed/non smoking had water damage so they were moving me to a 1 bed/smoking room. There were 2 of us traveling for business so that was not going to work. Not to mention I have asthma and can't be around smoke. The front desk lady told me it was ok to cancel but I would have to just go thru Expedia. Expedia could not get it approved with them because they would not answer the phone etc. So I ended up paying for 2 nights that's I never stayed at! Horrible customer service at that hotel!
