Staff helpful and smiles. Updated rooms and thankful for good lighting and night stands on both sides of bed. Bathroom nicely lit for seeing. Breakfast was simple but had yogurt fruit, waffles juice bagels coffee and cereals.

Room smelled like feces. So as I was laying down I started feeling nauseous. At first I thought it was the floor, so I wiped the floor with my soapy wipes. Then I kept smelling it, so I figured it was the sheets. I took them off the bed. And the smell still would not go away. It wasn't until check out time I realized it was the entire bedding. But I ended up giving them a free sanitized clean. They need some industrial solution for the bedding and floors. Due to her saying they were full, I didn't ask to switch rooms. But when I got home the smell was in our coats, hair, and clothes. That was not fun. But I found out why one morning. It's a bunch of people who do drugs that were there. And if you know some poop on themselves. I felt disgusted. And honestly couldn't tell the lady at check o

Positive: Clean and easy check-in. Negative: The description said there would be breakfast. There was no protein (eggs, bacon, sausage). Only coffee, juice, prepackaged danish, waffles.

Had the suite for Valentines night 2026, I surprised him with it all decorated, thanks to the front desk receptionist Brenda and housekeeping as well! They went above and beyond helping me in any way possible to make it special and accommodate things! Everyone was super friendly and nice, the room was clean, check in and check out was super easy, everything was perfect! Thank you Miss Brenda and the other ladies for being so kind and helpful!

I haven’t read the reviews but I stayed 10/13-10/14 and it smelled great when we walked in the front lobby. The front staff lady was really nice. She helped every possible way. Went above and beyond. We had some minor issues but as I stated she really was helpful. If I could give service alone more stars for her I would. It isn’t very loud. Our rooms was really clean and smelt pretty nice. The only negative for us would be no elevator my sister needed due to surgery recently but the front staff woman changed our room to the first floor to help us with that !
