Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Point

Room needs updating. Cracked bathtub. Toilet has no flushing power. Most of all did not feel safe. Their back door that should be locked at night is broke and the entire mechanism has been removed. Hotels sits in a junction and shady people walking around at night. Unacceptable. Asked for a late check out (1pm instead of 11am) and willing to pay their $20 fee but I was rejected. Unacceptable. I stay in over 100 hotels a year and will not be back to this one. Oh, and the free breakfast is pathetic. I crossed the street to McDonald’s for breakfast!

Room was really clean which was surprising considering the price. It did have cigarette odor even though it was a non smoking room. However that didn't bother me as I am used to family members who smoke so I am fairly nose blind to it. Might be an issue for some with sensitive noses. Staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. Will definitely stay here again if passing through.

Don’t judge this place by the outside 😂, it looks a little shady and scary at first, but once you walk in, it’s actually really nice and well kept. The inside is clean, comfortable, and has a cozy vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good every morning with solid options to start the day. Overall, a pleasant stay and much better than what the exterior makes you expect. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s in a great location — right off the highway, so it’s easy to find, but still quiet and peaceful. There was lots of parking and some really nice views nearby too.
