Awful experience, and they won't do anything about it! Me and my wife have both emailed them about our experience and they tried giving us 3,000 points toward another nights stay? We walked into feces on the floor in the pool area and the worker who was in the pool area walked by it 7 times and did nothing! 😠 Absolutely uncaring workers providing an unsafe and health hazard riddled environment. We will be seeking a lawyer!

We stayed at this location for a family vacation (group of 20 of us. 10 adults, 10 kids) Upon arrival we were not informed about the attached restaurant being closed down (which had been closed down for some time now, but no mention of it on the website nor during check in) they referred us to Club 94 (which was a whole other disaster) or the DQ down the road. While the kiddie pool worked, there were parts that were working incorrectly. The hot tub was burning my eyes from the chlorine. The pool was missing the stepping stones for the hanging hand bridge, making it hard for younger kids. No towels in the pool area, not to mention the pool towels were so small they fit my 1 year old perfectly. Hotel has new management and has been remodeled. I wanted to update some of the pics so they are more current. Much better hotel than the reviews say.

The room was small but clean. Hard flooring which i didn’t mind. Swim area was good. The breakfast was sparse and ran out of food by 0830. Swim area was great but you have to ask for towels at the desk. My only real complaint is we drive several hundred miles to get there and they dont allow early check ins so even though we were only 15 minutes early, they made us wait in the parking lot for those 15 min and wouldn't let us in. Seriously, i don't consider 15 min asking for an early check in or good customer service.

Terrible service, the front desk sent the two people in front of us to Rooms that were already occupied. And handled them for 20 minutes while another lady sat there and did nothing. Only to tell us at the end they had no rooms, very frustrating
