Days Inn by Wyndham Donegal

This family run days inn is cheap and clean. Are the rooms outdated? Yeah. But they are clean and bedding and towels were clean. The owner was really great and kind. Ive stayed her in wither and summer. The pool was crystal clear and lawn was mowed. I think people giving this place a bad review are not seeing the place for what it is. Its a clean room to sleep and shower then leave. No frills. No extras. You're here to ski at the resort or do stuff outside of the room. I have never experienced a bad smell in the rooms.

Check-in was easy, the staff was very accommodating to our extra requests. The room was comfortable and there was a free continental breakfast, but the OJ was out and the vending machine wasn’t working but those were minor details. Overall the price and the staff was exactly what we needed on our journey.

Positive: They had a room when I was getting off the highway during a snow. The price was decent for the room Negative: The bedspread/coverlets in the room were gross. Stained. I gingerly lifted the bedspread off and the sheets were crisp and clean. No evidence of bugs, fitted sheets and pillowcases were all clean. The carpet is old, dresser had some crumbs around it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were no patrons in the parking lot, and I asked if I could check in an hour early. Sure, for an additional $30! I left and came back. Got checked in and went down the hallways that smelled like wet cigarettes to get to our room. Arrived and there was a massive stain on the comforter. Ripped it off and just needed to get a shower…well there was hair all in the soap holder. Freaking gross! We packed up, cut our losses, and went to the Holiday Inn down the road. Wyndham should be ashamed to be affiliated with this Days Inn.

disgusting rooms w stained sheets and dirty towels. disgusting smell, GM gave us expired febreeze to fix it. trash on the floor of our room, GM told us we should of expected that and to pick it up. left after check in and was given no refund even though we had to book another hotel
