Days Inn by Wyndham Dillon

The customer service was great, and the rooms weren't badddd, but the strong mildew smell just really threw me off. Also had some family members who showed up and ordered non smoking rooms and their rooms reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches crawling around. I think we mightve killed 3 of them. The AC was super loud and made it hard to sleep thru the night. And the pillows...horrible. absolutely flat and no support. Its like sleeping on balled up bedsheets. I cant say that I will stay here again, unfortunately bc the price was good. We ended up leaving after 1 night instead of 2. It just wasnt worth it to stay another night. But we had fun as a family tho!

During my stay at Days Inn, I truly felt at home and welcomed like family, thanks to Ms. Yoshi. Her service went above and beyond she was always available when needed, never complained, and consistently showed care and professionalism. Despite the room her service over shined the minor issues.

This hotel is located in a high crime area. The service was horrible. The front desk lady spent much time in the bathroom smoking then helping. When we showed up with a booked reservation from Priceline, the lady refused to accept it and charged our credit card again. She ended up giving up 5 rooms because the first 4 were dirty as someone had stayed there, bedding on the floor, glasses with sofa still there, and covered in smoke. We ended up walking around the hotel checking different rooms. At the end we found one and even though the bed was made, the sheets were stained. In the middle of the night, people started fighting screaming out loud, we got scared so we placed the sofa against the door. Once the couple left, another two ladies started fighting in the street then banging the door

Positive: Cleaning lady was respectful and friendly. Negative: The pool was closed. The door didn't latch. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bottles on the shower wall. The TV and remote did not work. I attempted to check out early, and was only given part of the refund.

Oh dear. This property is the "barest of bare bones." NO soap at the sink, NO bath mat, NO toilet paper holder, NO clothes bar, NOTHING on the bathroom walls. Wi-Fi did NOT work. Thankfully it was clean, the bed was comfortable, & the shower & TV worked. Breakfast was a disaster: NO milk or orange juice. NO serving spoon in the eggs.
