Clean, comfortable rooms, good location, but what really makes this place special is the staff, especially the manager! He came in from home for door battery issue and resolved the problem immediately! I’ve stayed here before and I’ll always come back when I’m in the area because of the staff! Great job!

We got here late and left early. This was just a quick stop so that I didn't have to drive 10 hours in a single day. The workers were nice, the place was clean and quiet, and the free breakfast was just barely passable. There's a Dunkin' right next door if you need something more. If you're here, you're only a 15 minute drive from a Wizard of Oz museum, which was a nice diversion.

Place is by far disgusting. All family related that work there. Half time don’t even clean rooms properly. Hair all over the floors. Mold in the ac and bathrooms. Floors are uneven and DISGUSTING. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling and looking for a quick stop. You’ll leave treated poorly and wishing you slept in your car instead. Breakfast includes Aldi bought snacks and one slice of bread or muffin in a zip lock baggy. Talk about CHEAP. Burnt coffee all day long! Not to mention spiders and mold everywhere you look lamp shades bathrooms. Codes needs to complete run through!

Location was ideal for our trip through NY on the way to Niagara Falls. Appreciated the dog friendly rooms for an additional $25. Also, plenty of green space to walk the dog. The sink was outside of the bathroom, which is always nice in the morning. Room was over priced for the quality of the hotel, but typical for the area. Carpet in halls and stairs was dirty/stained. Full beds are tight for 2 people to share, but the hotel did not hide the fact that the beds are fulls and not queens. Breakfast was disappointing, but with a Dunkin and a McDonalds nearby we managed.

Rooms are outrageously disgusting. Sticky, thick air, smells like a trap house. You can tell all the staff here simply doesn’t care about the appearance of this place or the quality of the rooms. The only thing saving them is they are somewhat pleasant- none of them look professional on that note but decently kind. they did have very unprofessional conversations when I went down for breakfast with my kids which I feel is highly inappropriate when your the first welcoming impression that people see when they come in. I should’ve been able to sit down with my kids and not feel uncomfortable doing so. All floors of the building are gross, clearly management needs to rip up the stained carpets and take a vacuum cleaner to it. Lobby was somewhat clean but the floors were also dirty. It’s very b
