Save your money & your sanity - do not stay here! When entering the hotel there is a foul odor. It is a non smoking hotel but when you enter the lobby there is a cigarette tray with cigarettes in it & it stinks. The buttons on our AC/heat unit were broken/damaged. Our room had belongings in the safe from a previous guest. The rooms aren't cleaned & checked well! Items included clothes, body wash & rusty razors. My two year old spilled cheese sauce on the bed & i used a washcloth to clean it up. Because of the orange on the sheet & washcloth they charged an additional $100 for damages! They even sent a video to show it was all "ruined". Wash it & then show me if it is still "ruined". When I called to discuss it the lady was extremely rude & condescending. Hi, I got there and was kind of surprised that the person at the front desk asked for my credit card again after I had already paid online. When I got to the room, I went into the bathroom and flipped on the light switch. The light did not work The room was clean, but breakfast the next morning was very minimal, not like Days Inns I had stayed in previously. Almost forgot to add that the window of my room was broken and needed to be replaced.

The 1st room was full of cigarette smoke. They moved us to another room & we had to go get the guy again because one of the beds wasn’t made. Went back & got him again & he moved us to a 3d room. My husband took the girls to the pool . He said the pool wasn’t open yet. While they were gone I pulled the desk chair out & it had dried puke all over it. My husband came back & also found a place of mold on the carpet by the bed about 3 feet long & at least 2 1/2 ft wide going under the bed. He wanted to move us again but we said no & he’s suppose to put the money back on our card.

Great stay here it was peaceful and offered a standard breakfast and hot showers. Plenty of towels. Thank u for a great escape.

I am dealing with bites after staying here. Not clean and the fire alarm kept going off. Staff will move your stuff inside the room. Stay at your own risk.
