Days Inn by Wyndham Burlington East

I know the rating was not very high, but I was very pleased with my stay. The parking area was well lit and I felt safe. My room was clean and well appointed. I had a good night sleep, and even though I was on the first floor, it was quiet.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my two week stay at this location. My 88 year old grandfather was with me, and unfortunately he has pretty severe dementia. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of, and that my grandfather was safe when I wasn’t able to be by his side. I got to know a couple of the front desk staff members and they all said most of them had experience working with the elderly, and I am honestly so thankful for all of them!! The room was clean and had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was always placed out a few minutes early. Thank you all for making sure we were treated with compassion and understanding during our stay!!

Amazing stay! My whole room was clean from towels to sheets everything felt completely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious & had plenty of options - not just a go bag or loose fruit like other locations. Will absolutely stay again every time I visit family.

Positive: "" Negative: Yes I was charged $40 for an early check in fee but when I went to check in early was notified no rooms were available. I didn?t complain and said ok I will come back at 3 and I did but I was still charged for early check in. I let them know and nithubg

I had such a nice stay here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and customer service was phenomenal. I ran into some personal trouble and the lady, Tiffany, at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll remember her kindness! Would highly recommend staying here.
