The sleeping area was clean - it was the bathroom that suffered. Mold above the shower and mold around the toilet seal. I understand not having coffee in the room, but not having cups or an ice bucket was odd.

I am giving 1 star cuz it won’t let u give 0 stars because when I checked in on 1-17-25 The lady who was at the front desk was rude and nasty no customer service respect at all when I checked in she got an attitude when she asked me how many people and I told her two adults and two kids under 10 she just looked at me And I said something wrong she said ur reservation doesn’t have the kids on the and I said because they are under 10 they stay free … Then I brought up how when we stayed the last time our window didn’t have a screen so I pass my husband our stuff out the window and she started yelling at me saying we don’t allow that and for us not to do it again that’s how they have stuff stolen I said are you calling me a thief and she said no I said I think u are then tried to put us on th

Positive: Location was good with easy highway access. Negative: The room was disgusting. There was unidentified substances on the wall, bugs, broken furniture, and odor. It felt unclean and unsafe.

I wasn't expecting much, the other reviews are awful. My low expectations were not even met. This place is a disaster and a crap hole, whoever owns this takes no pride in their hotel. We booked 2 adjoining rooms non smoking. I called the day before to confirm and the young man behind the desk confirmed it. On arrival, we got 2 non connecting rooms and one reeked like smoke. The front desk clerk did nothing to correct this, despite us travelling with 2 children. The rooms were in very poor repair, the lamp shade was torn, light bulbs were out, baseboards torn off the wall and smelled horribly of mold/ mildew. This was an absolute joyless experience. Asked for a single they had none, Payed for a double. Got to my room which had no elevator so being handicapped had to use stairs. Got to room bathroom door would not shut. Mold on ceiling in bath, a/c didn't work, and the toilet was made for potty training. As I was going out to eat breakfast seen a roach run across a door in the hall. Packed my stuff and checked out ate breakfast elsewhere. Not handicap friendly.
