Customer Reviews
The room was so filthy! The noise was out of control inside and outside the hotel. I have never in al my years of traveling seen a room that filthy! The pool was closed as well. There was a bullet proof glass barrier around the front desk. You have one broken door to go in and out of the hotel. Did not see the gym, shop, or free breakfast. The staff does not communicate with you. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front to assist me. No Wi-Fi password, no how are you doing, no courtesy at all. I am telling you I've traveled for many years and this is the worst experience. Cleanliness is everything to me in a hotel room.
Without question, this was the most depressing hotel experience of my life. 1. The glass barrier between the guest and the hotel employee who greets you gives the feeling of being in prison. 2. The smelly, decades-old carpeting in the lobby is not only revolting; it's more than likely unsanitary. 3. The chain link fence that cordons off the dining area could not be colder or less inviting. 4. The room is cavernous, but devoid of any warmth (or any comforting amenities.) 5. The bed was lumpy and soft. COMMENTS I know $178 is not an enormous amount to pay for a hotel...but it's not nothing. This experience was not worth even half of that amount. And shame on DELTA airlines for including this property in their "Delta Stays" portfolio. Has anyone from Delta visited? Do they have any ide
Room had an odor of smoke and some mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bedding was just ok and pillows need to be upgraded very flat. Could use a deep clean and refreshing.
Roof needs a lot of repairs. Looking at the ceiling walking up the stairs ceiling tiles are beyond stained. There was a leak in room dripping onto the bed, visible wet stain on sheets. We did get moved to a first floor room which was fine. Hotel smells of smoke despite the no smoking signs. The glass barrier at check in is not inviting at all
Very clean. I commented on this as soon as I entered the building. It's run by some younger people and I told them that the might want to run the vacuum in the halls since the rooms were so clean. The staff was incredible. For the type of customers we were as cousins who hadn't seen each other for 30 years, ir was great. Very small closet space though...
