This hotel is a joke! To start, bill that was running the desk has no idea how to check people in and has no idea of the layout of the hotel. We were charged 2 and 3 times for our rooms on our credit cards. The breakfast was not very good at all. Our room was missing a pillow. Cleanliness wasn't terrible. And bill made us leave the pool area at 9:15, when the pool doesn't close till 10. Also my kid was swimming and several adults just talking by the pool. No noise disruption of any kind, bill just felt like closing the pool. That is crap, why is there a time when you can just close it when you want. Seems like bill has a ego issue. Also roger that apparently knows how to check people in would not come in to help bill out. Pathetic excuse of a hotel. I will never stay here again!!!! To Clai

It was a great experience! I was able to book last minute due to an emergency and there was no hassle at all. I wish i could've stayed longer to enjoy the pool, but at least I got to experience the continental breakfast!

Overall, not a bad place to stay. The lobby smelled fresh and clean like lemon Lysol. The room was pretty clean. The only real downsides were that the bathroom in your room is cold so when you get out of the shower you turn into an icicle because the towels are tiny that you can't dry yourself off before you freeze; & the heater unit in the room was so loud every time it kicked on it sounded like a wind storm outside which can make it difficult to fall asleep 🤷🏻‍♀️

Room is clean. But they just double charged me. Put my bank account in the negative. The lady at the front desk has no clue of why they charged me twice. It doesn’t even show in her computer. Then I look in the comments and I’m not the first person this has happened to. Charged my card at 4am but customer service doesn’t open till 8 am. Can someone tell me how the refund policy will go. I can’t wait 7-10 days for a refund. Or should I just call my bank and report fraud beforei get charged overdraft fees because I know there not going to compensate me

I spoke with Zenny Smith - Manager - about the following issues that ended in no resolution.||||First room 208 - toilet seat had no cover, tub was filthy, carpets were sticky & filthy (don’t walk barefoot), reeked of mold & mildew, entry light turned off immediately as soon as you switched on, my husband thought he was getting bit in bed, overall room felt very wet regardless of AC being on upon arrival. After a few nights of trying to overlook these things, we requested to be moved to a different room.||||Second room 308 - visibly cleaner, AC was not running so the room had a musty stench, tried to overlook & asked the front desk for air freshener. I was given their odor remover cleaner on hand, so I just sprayed floors & curtains to help temporarily. In addition, the bathroom door does n
