Days Inn by Wyndham Arcadia Louisiana

It was the Friday before Christmas and along the highway I did go. the traffic was thick bumper to bumper or so When what did my wandering eye see but a Days inn sign brightly lit I knew in a moment do it or lose it. The desk lady was helpful and so sweet she gave me a smile and my key and turned with a flash she said just go out that way you'll find it for sure in-between this end and that. Boy my mind was a blur. So I found room 112 without a hitch I opened the door and flipped the light switch. My eyes lit up and my cheeks got rosey my belly shook when I laughed like a bowl full of jelly. The room it looked perfect everything was in place and the sight of that hot tub ohhh! how sweet. But water ran slow it never did fill so I went to the shower it was no thrill. The walls were so close

This motel was nothing special. Room had an odor, and room felt humid. The room size was okay. The bed was ok. Pillows were uncomfortable. There are not many places around to eat or do anything. Staff was ok. Was given a smoking room, but the front desk switched it to non-smoking without an issue

Positive: Nothing Negative: This was not a hotel it was a motel. We were placed in a stinky smoking room.

Room seemed clean, no critters noted. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and plumbing need attention. Not much of a breakfast, but McD across the street opens at 05:00.

Rooms are adequate. Location is fine if you are traveling. Service was great. Manager came to my room to get the TV on what I wanted to watch.
