Days Inn by Wyndham Alhambra CA

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 months. The front desk staff is awesome!! I needed to check in a bit early, I left my pizza in the fridge they were very friendly and accommodating. The parking is very safe. The beds are comfortable and there isn’t a lot of noise in the surrounding area. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for over a week while home shopping. I extended my stay at one point and the young man at the front desk required me to show my credit card and id again and took it to the side where I assume he made a copy. After I returned from my trip I received a fraud alert for over $1000 for 3 separate online ticket purchases. The scammers had my billing info (I am assuming from my license) and one of the purchases for rodeo tickets for $270 I am still fighting. I know this had to of occurred at this hotel because all the other charges I made outside this hotel were on a different card and the other charges on this card are all autopay with business expenses. ||||The hotel itself was fine but they obviously have a thief working there.

Although this is a dated Hotel you will find it to be clean and in a quiet area, and centrally located in downtown Alhambra next to plenty of restaurants. The front staff are friendly and helpful. One simple upgrade I would recommend to the hotel is to put in more modern shower heads as this would not cost very much but yet upgrade the overall experience there.

This was a decent place to stay during Head in the Clouds. There's a Ross, Dollar General, and a 99 Ranch Market down the road, which really came in handy as far as food budgeting goes. I was going to give this place 4 stars for convenience, but I like that there was an option for me to make multiple payments. Overall, I don't have too many complaints. I would definitely stay again if the festival is going to be in the area next year.
