Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE

Room was a perfectly adequate size. Clean and modern with all the usual amenities. Nothing over the top amazing but equally nothing lacking. The bed was a little firm for my taste but comfortable enough and clean comfortable bedding. Shower water handle is a little wierd but there are clear instructions posted. It could stand more pressure but the water was HOT which is nice. Series and staff were amazing and super friendly and professional. Pretty and post communications were excellent. Wifi was fast. 2 Drawbacks were the rooms aren't very noise proof. Heard a lot of slamming doors (they're metal) and foot noise from above. The second is the breakfast is very limited -toast, cereal, yogurt,coffee. Not usually a big deal but, while there are a lot of restaurants around, not a lot of brea

If you are attending a sporting event at the Gophers Banks stadium, this hotel is the most convenient. I short walk across the street. And the light rail station is just outside the motel property. The staff was very professional and cordial. We had left home at 01:00 flying to Minneapolis, arriving at 10:00 a.m. and were very tired. I asked Tia the desk clerk if we could leave baggage and go for a walk-through downtown, thinking we couldn't check in so early. She said, your room is ready just leave them there. She was so pleasant, and helpful. Now for the $300 cost of the room just for the football game, was outrageous considering the facility is run down, and decrepit, it is your typical inter-city hotel in the hood. The hotel needs to be tore down and a new Hilton should be built. Maybe

I thought this place was a great value. It's in good location and had free parking. The rooms are small, but I prefer that. The shower had good pressure and heated up quickly. Each room has a fridge. There's a shared microwave on the first floor. The noise from the hallway wasn't stopped by the door, but the other guests were respectful in my experience. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in good location, close to the university. Metro station just next to the hotel that very convrnience to go to downtown, mall of Amercia, etc. Hotel room is a little bit old, but clean. Breakfast is basic and sufficient choice. Service is amercia standard, that can't compare to Asian style, such as Japan, Hong Hong, Thailand, etc.

The location was perfect for the 3M Mariucci. Note that even though our booking said we would have a microwave, we did not, and when I asked the front desk worker about this I was told that in fact no double rooms have a microwave. Internet was good. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. TV was very small but at least there was one. Our coffee machine was dirty. The free breakfast had a lot of variety and the worker was very friendly. Overall, this was not a perfect hotel, but it was just what we needed while staying within budget!
