Davidson Village Inn

We have stayed in numerous hotels and inns over the years. Both my wife and I agree that our stay at the Davidson Village Inn was far and away the most memorable-and pleasurable! We cannot say enough about the staff. Joy, Meghan, Karen and all the others whose names I did not get were more friendly and helpful than any hotel staff we have ever encountered. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel makes walking around the whole downtown area of Davidson easy and convenient. There is no question that any time we are in Davidson, we will be staying at the Davidson Village Inn.

Davidson Inn was exactly what we needed for a company planning event. The accommodations were perfect. So clean. The staff took excellent care of us. Everything thing was walkable from their location so we parked the cars and didn’t need them until we left. The breakfast and coffee were so good, selections were from local vendors!Looking forward to returning soon.

Breakfast at the Inn is wonderful. A fireplace (it was rainy and chilly our 3 days in Davidson), a library, and a delightful buffet all in one lovely, spacious room! Location is excellent. Choice of restaurants within walking distance (mini blocks, not long city blocks!), the Davidson College campus across Main Street. Joy, the manager, was helpful, and the reservations staff were patient and understanding (I changed my reservations several times). Comfortable bed. This is my go-to for future Davidson visits.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Davidson Inn. Many members of our family stayed there while visiting for a wedding and they were all so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the rooms and the location. Joy made us all feel so welcome. The personal touch is next level.
