Such a wonderful, clean place to stay! Don't let the low prices fool you into thinking anything less! The new owner is very nice and welcoming, the breakfast options are great, it was quiet, and it's conveniently located. We'll definitely be coming back!

After reading the reviews, we decided to stay here. This place definitely needs an inspection. My family (two different rooms) thought we were sleeping on the box springs. No fluffy beds or pillows. Nothing is clean about this place. A definite chemical smell in the hallway. None of the security cameras were plugged in/working. I was definitely afraid of bringing bugs with me for the remainder of my trip. It's not in need of an update but a major overhaul. Just spend the money and stay in Wahpeton, ND. It's just a couple of minutes up the road, literally.

The ratings would have scared me off had I not stayed here about a year ago during a dance competition. While this is a simple hotel, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the front desk associate was kind and helpful. I plan to stay again next month.

The rooms were generally grimy, like the cleaning is just a quick swish with a cloth. Both the tiled bathroom floor and the bedroom carpet were sticky/dirty so we wore shoes whenever we walked around. The towels were old and thin - at home we would be using them for oil-checking rags in the garage. The curtains were worn through in spots. The room had an overpowering smell from the 3 electric stink machines (room "deoderizers") that we immediately unplugged.

Not a bad hotel. Good breakfast. Good for working. Great value. Lovely lady who owns it. ☺️☺️
