Everything was absolutely perfect. Very pleasant stay. The decor was great, the woodwork in this house is amazing!!! The only suggestion I would have is to have hand towels available near the sink in the main room, but I understand why they wouldn’t be hanging, it would take away from the the beauty of the rooms I will be staying here again
It’s very quiet, my room, the traveler’s suite was exactly what I needed. The finishes are nice and I love the towels!
This an old Manor and it still smells like it. The bathroom was so tiny and poorly laid out that if you are taller than 5’7” and more than 165 pounds, you’re not going to fit. Horribly awkward toilet placement, you hit your arm on tp holder. The tv area has 1 chair. You can always sit on the highly u comfortable desk chair. No tv in bedroom. There was so breakfast, there’s coffee. Not as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at the Daniel Manor over the weekend! It was 69 at home in Illinois and there was snow piled as high as a house up in Laurium! Made it even more fun! Our room was so nice and comfortable, and there was homemade CHEESECAKE for us!! What a welcome! The building, itself, is so home-like, we enjoyed the big living room, beautiful furnishings, and all the gorgeous dark wood in the rooms. Will be back, for sure!
