Absolutely wonderful experience!!! I had site 77. The staff are all very nice and respectful! Was able to check in early to beat the rain and get set up without any problems. The entire area is clean and very well maintained. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I really needed a getaway, and this place did not disappoint!!! Will definitely be coming back in the spring! I highly recommend staying here!
Over the summer we went camping, and it was not an enjoyable experience. Staff would stare at you like they were waiting for you to mess up. If you ask a question they would almost growl at you! ..... Ummmm didn't I pay to stay here!? Honestly my friends and family just felt like we were always under human surveillance for roasting marshmallows. The park is beautiful but I would never recommend staying at the campground! ----- Also saw two reviews about the creepy guy standing outside the bathroom.... 100% true! ----- Watch your women and kids. Could not understand that human surveillance on the restrooms. What are you checking for.... corn! Lol sorry just crazy!
Awesome campground with many things to do!! There are walking trails, paddle boats, fishing, playground, a small petting zoo area, and lots of sports activities available. We were really shocked at how much there is to do there!!
Beautiful lake and shady campsites. Wi-fi was spotty where we were. Good dump site. Clean. Nothing was open; may have been too hot, and during the weekdays.
We had a nice time at the camp, the only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t have tent pads so you end up putting your tent directly on the ground and that dirt dust gets everywhere. Showers were very private, each with their own door which is nice.
