We have had the pleasure of staying here for the past 2 months while my husband worked across the river at the mill. The people here are great, and it's definitely puppy friendly. The beach area is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching fireflies at night. It's very well maintained by a few of the folks living here, and the owner is very nice. Highly recommend, especially for long-term. You will not find anyone with a better price.

Loved everything about this place its a beach with the best view n lots of beautiful rocks to look at ..
The damvue is on the Ohio River and it has trees. No swimming pool, or cabins or lodges. No shower house, laundry, or playground. Competitive attributes: being able to see and access the river. The shade trees. Low cost.
Great person to rent a lot from. Very nice and couldn't find any nicer neighbors. Great view of the River and Dam. Has a boat ramp as well.
