Dallas Rockwall RV PARK & Tiny Home Community

This is a very peaceful and quiet rv park. It is located in a good neighborhood and the road by the park doesn’t get much through traffic. The spots are gravel with a grass spot between. The fast internet is the only real amenity as there are no bathrooms, wash rooms, or fun activities so not the best for families. However the quietness makes it a great place for anyone here for fishing or other things outside of the park. All light, water, sewage, and trash bills are included in the cost of the stay and extra use of these does not increase the cost in my experience. If you are considering monthly, the cost + hardline internet upgrade is about $825 / month which is a bit expensive compared to others in the area, however, if internet speed/availability is a big deal, this is the only one in

I have lived here since June of 25 it’s has been very quiet and peaceful here. The Internet is incredibly fast not just for streaming but downloading too. Also the staff is very kind. They also keep the park clean which is very important

I completely changed my lifestyle last Fall by downsizing to a 5th wheel permanently. After researching and visiting different parks in the area, I chose this location, and I have not regretted it! I wanted a place that was less touristy-vacation since I'd be living here and teaching full time with early hours and also working a second job remotely. It's quiet (even the expansion work to add more sites hasn't bothered me) and I LOVE the neighbors (goats, a donkey and cattle)! I've also gotten to know other long term people and feel a community that way. I also appreciate the quick response to issues, concerns & texts. I plan to stay another year!

I needed a place to stay in my trailer as part of my move to the area. This site was peaceful and nice. Very affordable. Lots of food choices nearby and grocery store close by. Additionally, management was accommodating and flexible. Couple minor bumps they were very proactive in squaring away which made all the difference. I so appreciated that given the overall stress of moving to a new area. This reason and other factors promoted the 5-stars. I highly recommend this place for short term or long term stays.

I have stayed at multiple RV parks and many treat you like just another guest. This park goes out of its way to ensure you have everything you need and makes you feel like you are family. Although the park is still under construction the scenery is still well worth it and the staff makes sure they don’t interrupt your stay. They get to know you by name and all of them are easy to talk to and work diligently if you have even the smallest issue. I look forward to staying here for many more months and highly recommend anyone that wants to feel like your in a country setting versus a big city this is a great place to stay.
