Dakota Rose Inn

This place should be avoided at all cost. Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. Got a single room. Contacted the property manager and he said it was hotels.com fault. Cleaning people still cleaning room when we arrived at 5:30 pm. Hallway into the room was filthy, room door had a gap so big you could see into room. Hallway lights were out, bathroom lights were out. No outlet in the bathroom. Really no ammenities. Hairs on the pillows, bloody tp in the toilet. The overall condition was pretty awful. NOTHING like the pictures. There is no management on the property. The 2 good things- the bed was comfortable, it had hot water. But i feel like i need to disinfect everything rhat was in the room now.

Dirty door mats thrown by outside door. Place run down. Went into building and up steps. It was dirty, not sure last time it had been cleaned. Push button code to get into #7. Room not bad but did not feel comfortable staying there. Who all knew the 4 digit code to get into room? We got out of there and we were out our $107.00.|

This guy is a thief, I booked my room and because he couldn’t figure out what he needed after I kept giving him all information I had he gets mad and denies me my room I paid through online. Then throws up a felony I got 8 years ago for battery on a minor under the age of 14 that I confessed and turned myself in for. This place needs shut down before anyone else is stolen from

We did a long stay at this place. Unfortunately it is the only place in Underwood to do such. First off when we got to our room it was far from clean. There were duck feathers all over the kitchen area and the sink had feathers and blood in them. Then we found black mold under the windows and along the walls near the windows. Talk about a health hazard. For the amount they charge you would expect a upscale apartment not a dive. They say they have Wi-Fi but it is as good as dial up. The manager is hardly ever on property when she is she is constantly saying it will get fixed but it is never fixed. I would not recommend this place to the homeless.

Have stayed here a few times and staff have always been helpful and friendly and the rooms clean. We usually reserve the 3 bedroom unit for 2 weeks as it has a kitchen and suits our needs perfectly. The place fills up quickly as there are only 10 rooms, but I was able to call them directly to get the 3 bedroom unit, plus I got a discount by passing on daily housekeeping. If you happen to be in area for a while I would recommend this well maintained inn.
