Hotel looks good from the outside, but upon reaching there I found out that they don't serve breakfast. After entering room, I noticed that the mirror was worn out, sink was cracked, and the computer chair malfunctioned. Perhaps the worst part was that the pillows were too small, which disrupted my sleep on several days. The owner said room service would be every other day, yet in the twelve days that I stayed here, I remember my room being properly serviced only once. The second service was partial; although I complained three times, the housekeeping staff never did a proper, full service. Nonetheless, the AC wasn't loud, and the room does come with a microwave and fridge. I strongly recommend staying at similarly priced motels nearby such as the Motel 6 that offer better amenities and s

So our first night in our room we turn on the lights to see over 20 roaches crawling over everything in the room, the room looks and smells disgusting. We got new rooms and they said they would clean our first ones, so we get in our new rooms and it’s the same. After they “cleaned” our first rooms we get back in to see that it is still the same and nothing had been done at all. Service is bad, they don’t clean rooms, found trash in my trash can and food left in the microwave. Tv didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix. Overall -5/10. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money over here you’re better off sleeping in another hotel. Also hairs all over the bathtub and the toilet isn’t even flushed, bathroom is disgusting!!!! It’s not hard to clean a room, they just don’t care and need to be shut down!!
