Cut N Shoot RV Park

Over due review but better late than never....We stayed here from from late January of 2018 til August of 2020 and had a great experience. Jade really helped us out when we needed a long term place to live in our Winnebago on a short term notice. The park was well maintained and clean and all of our neighbors were awesome. The laundry and bathrooms stayed immaculate and the park was nice and quiet and no rif raf was allowed in. We moved to Tennessee but if we had to move back we would stay here again in a heart beat. Jade and his wife are wonderful people and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. I assume they still own the rv park but if not hopefully the new owners are just as awesome.

Prices were very reasonable and John was very accommodating. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and laundry was reasonably priced as well. Our only concern was the condition of the park roads and during the two weeks that we were there the internet was down.

Me and my wife and kids liked it there because we had good nextdoor neighbors and our kids got along good even the older neighbors we had across from us would tell you how much they like us and wish we could stay. Only reason we had to move was a woman with kids got away with letting her kids do whatever they wanted to also they could have window unit and a trailer but in the agreement we signed nobody could have that but the manager allowed them to have it and to me and my neighbors it's not fair for one to break the rules but other people without ac couldn't have a window unit and my kids are disabled. Also my wife has cancer and is sick. This place doesn't treat everyone the same. I have pictures I will post. Wants my wife to die with no AC and has cancer.

Very nice community there my wife and I stayed a few weeks had no issues. The issue is management. When we move in the RV which was their smelled like smoke and animals but we gave it a chance. We loved staying there but when we left we cleaned up way better than it had been especially when we moved in but we called about our deposit and the woman manager made claims that the place was filthy. She claimed there was trash everywhere and the microwave was dirty which isnt true because we never once used the microwave. I wish I had pictures to show how ridiculous the managers are but its the truth. Proceed with caution. *Edit: you know the owners are insecure when the owners reply to the bad comments to 'defend' themselves.

I have now been here twice now. Friendly Rv'rs at this park. Has full restrooms and showers plus a laundry facility. John is great and he addresses any issues. Park charges normal electric rate for this area.
