Custom Stay Thief River Falls

Location is great. Near lots of amenities. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but trashy. New laminate floor, tile in the bathroom. No bathroom door. Entrance door did not seal all the way. Literally half an inch gap around door when closed. Wind blew in, and can be felt from the bed. We booked a long size bed, when we checked in my husband was offered a single room. They didn't have a king room. We ended up getting a double size bed.

Out of all the places I have stayed at since I moved to the area for work, this is hands down the best. A one bedroom with finished floors, that is clean, quiet, and well lit. The price is incredible even with a pet, and there are absolutely no hidden charges. But what really makes this place eclipse all the others in town is the couple that runs the place- Heather and Jake, who are warm and welcoming.Very nice, accommodating, and helpful, and they are always upgrading and updating the rooms and property. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you are coming for an extended stay. It is also walking distance to restaurants, stores, salons, and fitness classes. Perfect!

Nice remodeling project being done at the time I was there. The staff were definitely attempting to make a difference there for the general appearance and maintenance of the property I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area

The current management is awesome. They are friendly, caring, and understanding.They ensure we have everything we need and if something needs fixing they fix it. They are very pleasant people and the rooms that are available are very nice. They are working on getting the whole place fixed up but try to ensure that the work doesn't bother the guests. Need a place to stay with your dog I would definitely recommend Custom Stay of Thief River Falls.

I stayed here for a few months and the people running the place are the best. They know the area and can recommend anything you are wanting to do. I was in one of the single bedroom apartments and it was a great price. The location is right in the middle of everything in town. Walking distance from Wal-Mart the gas station, O'Reilly's, laundry facility, and fast food restraint. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this hidden gem. This is a place that is warm and welcoming from beginning to end of stay. I look forward to staying again with my next project......
