Cumberland Miles Campground & RV Park

We just stayed at Cumberland Miles Campground this past weekend with our five kids while boating on Lake Cumberland, and it was absolutely wonderful! The campground is immaculately clean, well-maintained, and gated, which gave us peace of mind, especially with kids. The location is perfect for lake access, and the price was very reasonable for everything offered. What really set this place apart were the owners—they were amazing and just so lovely. Not only were they warm and welcoming during our stay, but they even offered to come help us with a flat tire on the side of the road before we arrived. Stayed for almost 3 months. Owner way over charges for electric and does not charge the same between sites. She charged .17kwh at the one site and .20kwh at another, the rate is supposed to be .08kwh. Then acts shocked about the bill being so high checked with other people and theres varied as well. Peoples dogs run around unleashed and unsupervised. Kids roam all over without supervision and kept throwing trash in my site. The quite time is a joke people would party til early morning. Would not recommend. Most nerve wracking and unprofessional place I've ever been to. Does have a nice play area and dog run just built only reason I'm even giving 2 stars. Correction just called Recc the local electric company the rate is .099kwh for this location with a $40.00 a month service charge.

Ms. Dora is amazing. Friendly, accommodating, and helped us park when we were exhausted and struggling. The sites are clean, level, and give you plenty of space. And the other campers there go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We plan to come back as often as possible!

Having a fantastic time - the owner and family are so friendly and down to earth ... AWESOME experience!

Will be going there for the 4th time. We have always received first class service. Grounds are always clean and owners will go wwaayy out of their way to accommodate you.
