Crystal Inn

The entire experience was very pleasant. The hotel check in went smoothly. The room was spacious, and included a Microwave and fridge. The shower was wonderful. We also brought our pets with us.

If you are looking for a no frills, affordable place to stop for the night, with a little pre planning, this place can be great. ||Pros - Very clean, spacious room.|The bathroom is amazing (easily the best thing about this place)! Large rain show shower with very sleek, modern look. |All the necessary items are included in the room. ||Cons - This place is located right next to a very loud, busy highway. I was scared awake by some idiot drag racing at 5 am. I grew up next to a major highway and am not normally bothered by this type of noise but it even bothered me. Next, the bed is hard. Not the worse I've ever slept in but far from the best. The worst part though is the bedding. The blanket was far from adequate and if I hadn't had a blanket of my own to bring in, I would have frozen all n

We stayed here overnight while our AC was getting fixed and it was an okay stay. For starters, they charge a $50 refunded deposit which is fine but caught me off guard. Then they charge $10 per pet, also fine but I did not notice the sign in the far right window that stated that which means I did not “declare” my pet. Which resulted in a knock on the door an hour into our stay to go to the front office. We went and he immediately got upset but I explained we didn’t see the sign and have no problem paying the additional fee. He let it go but you could tell he was annoyed. During this time we also got 2 sprites, bag of chips and a snickers.. when I looked at my bank account the next day I realized he charged me $18 for all of that which is absolutely ridiculous. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, with no bugs in sight, and it had a pleasant, fresh scent. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend! Only downside-no coffee pot.

I didn't like the fact that I had to ask housekeeping to come clean my room. There were several times the housekeeper would have an attitude because I would ask her if she could come clean my room. She would try to make excuses and say that she couldn't go in the room because she was afraid of dogs. I had a chihuahua. When I knew I wanted the room cleaned I would put him in his crate. Even when I would tell the housekeeper he's in his crate, she would complain about she had a lot of other rooms to clean. Also, the $50 deposit was not returned to us because they claimed we left the room dirty. Mind you, nothing was broken or damaged. Which you would think would be the cause of no refund of the deposit. The room was not left dirty. Yes both trash cans were full because like I stated above th
