Crystal Beach Motor Inn

We booked a room wanting a close location to the beach. The hotel is located in the perfect location. We walked to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants many times. The hotel is centrally located. That was great. We got to the hotel and we checked in. We were told that the elevator was not working. In the morning we ran out of toliet paper. We called the front desk, Sue said the cleaning service should have left two rolls. We told her we had none left. Sue the manager said we would have a roll brought up. We waited and Sue did not come. We called the front desk again to be told room serviced doesn't get in until 830 so finally we had family that was staying in the same hotel , so our family gave us an extra roll from her room. Wonderful, family friendly place to stay. All staff members were super nice. Our room was absolutely spotless, and it was nice having an actual mini fridge instead of a beverage cooler like some hotels. Nothing fancy, but it was a clean, safe, comfortable place. The walk to the beach was shorter than anticipated, which was great. I will also add that I had to work a full day during our trip, and the WiFi was solid!||The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the very narrow parking spaces. It was super tight, but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here in the future. It was our first time at Wildwood Crest, and we truly lucked out with this place!

We’ve been coming to this place for several years. Always clean safe intimate with a private clean salt water heated pool. They are a block away from the beach, which is lovely. They’re at the beginning of the boardwalk in Wildwood Crest really nice area right across the street from a park. Many parks around us walking distance for kids bike rentals street parking hotel parking can’t go wrong with this spot!

Immediately they gave us a room with a better view as we came during off-season, with no charge! Room service was friendly and organized. The maintenance people were very kind as well! Sue at the front was great; extremely personable and you can tell she cares a lot about making sure you have a great experience. Would book again!

Great location! Clean! Book The Weeknd last minute. Just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk in the crest. So convenient to everything, we walked everywhere! Very Clean room! Our room, (2 double beds) was small but that is all my bestie & I needed for a weekend spent in the crest. We did have an ocean view room which was really nice. Quite-peaceful location! The owner, Sue-SHUSSSH!), was cool and allowed us to check in couple hours early. Always had a parking spot. Room was a little stuffy when we first arrived, turned AC on and it cooled off very quickly. Double bed was comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Nice pool area. Not a large pool, however, big enough, 8ft deep & very clean. Had a great stay! Highly recommend!!
