Crusader Oceanfront Resort and Restaurant

We found this resort to be exceptional in every way. We stayed in a suite with bedroom, living room and kitchenette, all which were a good size, clean and inviting, and containing everything that might possibly be needed. I was especially impressed with the stainless steel pots and pans and what looked like a brand new non-stick frying pan. Living room couches were sturdy and very comfortable, one being a pull- out bed. There was a very nice table/writing desk next to the window providing a good view. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure you had everything you needed, even sending us a text the morning after we arrived welcoming us to the hotel and letting us know they were there to assist in any way. This is the fourth time my husband and I have stayed here. I haven’t even bothered checking out other places because we feel so at home here. The owner is on site and everyone that works there are very helpful and conscientious. The whole place is extremely clean and well managed. And I must say the beds are so comfortable! I actually get a better nights sleep here than at home at times. lol I’m sure we’ll be returning next year for our fifth season.

First time staying here, we were welcomed by very kind people at the front desk. Our room was very clean with very nice furniture in it. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The pool was very warm, and my kids loved that it was 11 feet deep. Great location to pretty much anything you’d want to do. Would definitely come back here

Great resort, and are have as very helpful front desk. |My only negative thought though, is that allowing people early in the morning to lie their towels on the lounge chairs to reserve them in the morning, and not to occupy them, is disrespectful. ||The hotel should adhere to allowing people to take possession of any choice of lounges by the pool when they’re ready to actually occupy them whether for themselves or friends or relatives. |That is the fairest thing to do in my opinion.

Positive: The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect. Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable for me, although my 20-something kids didn't have a problem with theirs. The bathroom was VERY small.
