At first we were a little disappointed, but the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the most amazing front desk host — Jennifer — and everything immediately changed. Jennifer was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely positive. She helped us with absolutely everything, even the smallest details. Every request was handled instantly, always with a smile. She explained things, showed us around, gave great suggestions, and made us feel truly cared for. Not once did we feel ignored — quite the opposite. We stayed here my daughter-in-law booked our reservation to run from the 17th to the 20th of January 2026. We arrived they put us in a standard room when an handicapped accessible room was requested due to me being in a wheelchair. After stating the obvious they moved us to another room that made it just as hard for me because it was so far away from everything. This was the first time that I had heard of a hotel charging a $100 dollar holder on your card. I also extended our stay two nights and was charged the full room rate not the discount rate we used to check-in at. For the additional nights they told me it was $137 but charged the card $270 for the one added night. The samething happened with the second night added.The pool area was dirty. This is a hulk of a hotel located large-scale property with roughly 60,000 square feet of space set across 27 wooded acres. Its size and layout clearly reflect its primary role as a conference and events hotel.||The rooms were very generously sized and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. From a purely practical standpoint, the accommodation does its job well and would suit business travelers or short stays.||Breakfast, however, was well below average. I recently completed a 5-day stay at the Crowne Plaza Princeton – Conference Center, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Every team member I interacted with—front desk, housekeeping, and dining—was friendly, attentive, and committed to making sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was plush and supportive, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after long days. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: great lighting, plenty of outlets, a clean modern bathroom, and a peaceful view that added to the overall experience.

Jennifer at the front desk was the absolute best. Customer service was top tier. I have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza and she made my first stay the best. If I’m ever in the area again I will return. Please recognize her for her great customer service. Room 1130S Check in 3/7/2026
