Crowne Plaza Lombard Downers Grove, an IHG Hotel

Carly was the young lady at the front desk. She should be at every front desk because she’s fantastic. ALWAYS SMILES- super helpful and really good at making your guests feel great. I literally stay - quite frequently- at that location and look forward to it because she’s awesome. Everyone there is great - Carly just has something that others don’t. She’s a feel good. Thanks.

Very clean, nice staff, perfect location. Lots of space in the room and we loved the little couch. Pool was nice and warm and very well maintained, one of the nicest we have stayed at. Just wish there was a little more space in the bathroom for items on our counter and much better lightening as it’s a weird orange glow. Tv could use an upgrade to allow streaming. Even we’re allowed a late checkout which was perfect for why we were there. Overall fantastic stay!

We had a splendid stay at the Crowne, in particular we were grateful for the help and attention of Miss Dee who was so friendly and helpful! She was knowledgeable and accommodating. Our room was comfortable with great pillows a-plenty. The restaurant was amazing! We had the breakfasts of our choice and the waitress, Joyce was agreeable, friendly and prompt even with other customers coming and going. We live and work in the Philippines as missionaries and we often stay at the Crowne in Quezon City when we take our vacation. The staff and accommodations are excellent there as well.

An old dirty hotel located on an insanely busy intersection. The locks for the rooms do not work. The restaurant is the WORST I have even been to. The noise level was loud due to other patrons and a broken smoke detector that was never fixed. The handicap doors are broken. This place is terrible. After one night, I switched hotels so I could get a good night's sleep.
