Crowne Plaza Chicago SW - Burr Ridge by IHG

Positive: The gentleman on the front desk when we checked in was absolutely amazing incredibly positive attitude. Made me feel like a celebrity.. Negative: The room was nice, but I know means a four star room. Hotel was nice carpets need to be replaced again. I would not rate the four star hotel.

Went for breakfast and and he was extremely helpful! I was basically expecting him to just make sure that food was available but right away he greeted me with a smile and good morning and before I could respond he asked if I wanted some juice and coffee. I had oatmeal and asked for cinnamon and brown sugar which he said he would check for. By the looks of it I think he mixed some cinnamon and sugar together for me which I think is going beyond what he needs to do. He checked up on me which again I was not expecting. |Rooms were clean. Hot water with good water pressure. |Front desk crew were friendly.

We are day 2 into our week long stay and so far have nothing but great things to say! The hotel is very quiet, beautiful, and roomy. The customer service from the front desk to the bar staff have all been wonderful! We are greeted every time we walk into the lobby and past the bar. The front desk also checked in with us to make sure we everything was to our liking. Our room is super quiet and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the big chair in the room is a big happy place for our 6year old. We love the fact that the bar has food and not just drinks!

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. My room was spotless, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially want to shout out Jamie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everyone was absolutely fantastic at this location, rooms and common spaces were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Huge shout out to our bartender and breakfast attendant, David, and our other bartender, Kelley, who gave us phenomenal service when our large family showed up on a slower night! Also the night auditor on 2/28 who made sure we had help with checkout and taxi info was great!
